NEWS TODAY- TR JAWAHAR- V.SUNDARAM IAS - the trilogy in the Print Media in Chennai – is synonymous with the boldest, bravest pure and unadulterated nationalism in the heartland of anti-nationals  and anti-Hindu activities. Shri V.Sundaram is the boldest writer in the post independent India. He dared the corrupt and created terror in the heart of politicians. No one among the Six Ms [marxists, mullahs, missionaries, media, macaulites, mainoists] ever dared him. He dared them. But they never came his way, but ran away. Among Journalist-jackals he was the African Male Lion. He was the through bred among the jack asses of Indian journalism. He exposed the Christist-Marxist-Mullah nexus in the Indian press.

Bureaucrats ran miles away on seeing him, fearing he will expose them in public. He was no respecter of pseudo secularist hypocrites. He is through a nationalist and lover of Sanathana Dharma.

He was with us during the thick and thin of the Ram Sethu movement. I remember his brilliant speech on a summer morning, in May 2007, in the Marina Beach, when he brought his tape recorder, and played Dilip Kumar's Roy's classic Vande Matram. But for his brilliant writings and the greatest team that we had, it would not have been possible to stop the destruction of the Ram Sethu. He is a great host and gives excellent vegan dinners. Above all he is lover of those who love Sanathan Dharma. I am glad to say that during the heights of the Ram Sethu movement in June 2007, I made a request Sundaram to document his three part writings; in the form of a book for future as news articles have a week shelf life only. He immediately accepted the suggestion, and in June 2007, his three part article "Ram Sethu Historical Facts versus Political fiction", made its maiden debut in a book form by Hindu Voice Mumbai. By Nov 2009, it  has seen a second edition. This book was submitted in the Supreme Court, along with the book by another friend R.Subbarayalu. His brilliant book in Tamil on 'Sethu Bandhanam'. Dr.S.Kalyanaraman documenting some 14000 thousands of pages on Ram Sethu on the technical side; Sri Kudavail Balu (unsung hero) who helped me to get the first ever Map of Rama Sethu from Saraswathy Mahal library; Sri Subramanian  Swamy taking the legal recourse; Colonel SS. Rajan (retd) of Madras Sappers, with only four persons, under took the padayatra to save Rama Sethu, all the way from Chennai to Rameswaram; Captain H.Balakrishnan who calculated the shipping cost by using the channel and proved the navigability of the big ships opting for the project. It was a brilliant team and political mobilization of vast majority of Ram Bhaktas by VHP, RSS, backed by the indomitable advocate from Ramanthapuram D.Kuppuramu, which did wonders. I must thank Dr.S.R.Rao eminent marine archaeologist, who dared to give an interview, which I published in Hindu Voice. Hindu Voice did the strategic reporting and published special editions, Challenging certain of the sarcastic comments of Chief Justice, and to match the court proceedings, and shipped the copies to Supreme Court itself, during the final leg of the hearing with brilliant arguments of Dr.Subramaniam Swamy PhD, and his team of lawyers, all these brought the corrupt project - and its political bosses - and the ring leader TR Balu, to knees. It was the best ever moment for Hindu activism.

I hope these thought leaders cited above will continue to occupy the prime positions in the Hindutva Leadership map, for a long time to come. I hope they will continue to write and, work together, in bringing Hindus togeather, in the World Wide Web. If News Today is facing closure, without NEWS TODAY, we are at receiving end, and without the printed media and our views will not find its way into print media.

Definitely Printed media is the need of the hour. If NEWS TODAY has fallen in the battle field, does not mean that battle is going to stop! But this can be compensated by an even more powerful website. We do not how many more are there in the waiting Small and Big magazines are awaiting closure. Who are to be blamed? We have to blame ourselves for not supporting these valiant heroes! Our moneyed Hindus in Mumbai, Delhi, Lonavla, London, New York, Tokyo, Brussels, Silicon Valley, Paris and Singapore, have never thought of Investing in a single worthy Hindu Media. Yes! they will offer lord Balaji in Tirupathi, crores of rupees and 500 tonnes gold every year!

It is sad state of affairs Hindus, even after 63 years of Independence a billion strong Hindus, do not even have a TV Channel or a News paper. It is also true that we have made no effort to gather and do not have enough capital, to put surplus money for Hindu causes. Something amiss, that Hindus do not have a sense  of ownership of their vast land. The first among the noteworthy causes being a Hindu Owned News Paper.

We Hindus do not know how to build institutions. We are not good at supporting existing ones. However brilliant we may be individually, we lack collective spirit. We suffer from a tendency to find faults – spit venom- throw mud- cast aspersions - destroy our near and dear psychologically -where we should be  standing shoulder to shoulder, we step aside, and become spectators and allow the enemies to steal a clean march over us.

I salute Mr. TR Jawahar, Editor, News Today, Mr.V.Sundaram deputy Editor and also Columnist and  Mrs. Padma Sundaram for their inimitable historic contribution in the post Independent India; when every  institution including the press India is dominated by vested interests and pseudo secular money bags, and the thought process itself is dwarfed.

Swami Vivekananda rightly advised Hindus to play foot ball. Foot ball is one thing where one learns team spirit and Vivekananda recommended this sport even 117 years ago to Hindus. If News Today is in doldrums let us, small and those rich among us, examine the possibility of reviving it. Let us do some introspection. I appeal to all, to try and revive News Today, and I hope Hindu Voice, will make efforts to revive the same.

I request Hindu Voice, to collect all the important writings of Sri V.Sundaram ji, and bring out the same in a collected form in a short time. I hope Mr. Sundaram & Mrs. Padma Sundaram, who remains in the background ,the silent heroine - the back bone of support to Sundaram by way of providing all necessary documentary,secretarial Computer and internet support and Public Relations, and remains the most efficient Personal Secretary that Mr. V.Sundaram has ever had in all his career probably. It is she who has documented, all Sundaram ji's writings, will help in this. All is not lost, as however hope is there, as we have V.Sundaram ji, the FIELD MARSHAL among journalists and writers- with his mighty pen, mastery prose, superb vocabulary, diction, command of history backed by facts and figures.
