தெலுங்குதேசம் கட்சி அரசியலில் செய்த ஒரே தவறு பாரதிய ஜனதா ஆட்சியை ஆதரித்தது தான் என்று அக்கட்சியின் தலைவர் சந்திரபாபுநாயுடு கூறியுள்ளார்.
1998லிருந்து 2004 வரை இந்தியாவின் மத்திய ஆட்சிப் பொறுப்பிலிருந்த தே.ஜ.கூட்டணி அரசு பாரதிய ஜனதா தலைமையில் நடைபெற்ற போது அதற்கு வெளியிலிருந்து ஆதரவளித்தது தான் தெலுங்குதேசம் கட்சி அரசியலில் செய்த ஒரே தவறு என்று தெரிவித்துள்ள நாயுடு அதுகுறித்து விரிவாக ஏதும் கூறவில்லை. விரைவில் 17 சட்டமன்ற தொகுதிகளுக்கு ஆந்திராவில் இடைத்தேர்தல் நடைபெற உள்ள நிலையில், அத்தொகுதிகளில் ஒன்றில் ஊழியர் கூட்டம்
ஒன்றில் சந்திரபாபு நாயுடு இவ்வாறு பேசியுள்ளது முக்கியத்துவம் பெறுகிறது.  நாயுடு மேலும் பேசுகையில் "தெலுங்கு தேசம் ஆட்சி செய்த 1995-2004 காலக்கட்டத்தில்  தூய்மையான இலஞ்ச, ஊழலற்ற அரசை வழிநடத்தியதாகவும், இப்போதைய காங்கிரஸ் அரசில் இலஞ்சமும் ஊழலும் தலைவிரித்தாடுகின்றன என்றும் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

Hindus in Hyderabad defy Razakars diktat and participate in Sri Ram Navmi Shoba Yatra

Hindus of Hyderabad has given a fitting reply to Owaisi Bro's and Hyd Police Commissioner AK Khan for creating obstacles in Sri Ram Navami Shobha Yatra. Hyderabad "Secular" Police Commissioner did everything possible to ban the Procession. But Hindu Youth stood to the ground and defied the Razakars and turned up in big number. Nearly 3 - 4 lakh Hindus took part in 12 Hour shoba yatra.

Yesterday Sri Ram Navami Rally went off very peacefully. Tens of thousands turned up to attend the Shoba Yatra to show their solidarity to Hindu-Unity . Entire Hyderabad was decorated with Bhagwa Flags and buntings. Localities had put up Arch and flexis welcoming the "Julus" . Sadhvi Prachi Ji Arya addressed the gathering . VHP President Rama Raju , Thakur Raja Singh , BJP Baddam Bal Reddy led the Shoba Yatra .

The turn out for the Shoba Yatra far exceeded the expectations of the Organisers. In an rough estimate around 3 Lakh Hindus have participated in the "Shoba Yatra" . Rally begun around 11 AM From Rani Avanti Bai BhaWan (Ganga Bowli, Dhoolpet) > -> Gandhi Statue(Purana Pool) -> Chudi Bazar -> Begum Bazar -> Filkhana -> Siddhamber Bazar -> Gowliguda -> Koti Andhra Bank -> Sultaan Bazar turned up into Massive Public Meeting at Hanuman Vyaam Shala Hanuman Tekdi . Shoba Yatra went for nearly 12 Hours before it culminated into Public Meeting at Hanuman Tekdi.

VHP, Bajrang Dal & Hindu Vahini , RSS , ABVP activists were seen in full numbers in the Rally. Slogans of "Jai Sri Ram" , "Hindu Shakti - Rashtra Shakti" echoed all over the city . Almost all the lanes and bylanes of Hyderabad city since early morning were seen Hindu Youth carrying Bhagwa flags moving forward to Join the main Shoba Yatra . Perhaps this is the only Procession which went on for 12 hours continuously. It begun around 10 AM and went on till 11 PM . Such long hours coud not dampent the spitirits of Hindu participants . The energy of Hindu Youth was worth watching , can not be explained through words.

Scores of Hindus have come from other Cities to witness the India's Largest Sri Ram Navami Shoba Yatra . Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga of Bhagat Singh Kranti Sena had come from Delhi to participate in the event . He went on saying that he never seen Rama Navami celebrations as this one. The Rally as it passed through colonies was welcomed by Women with Aarthis and Roads were Washed with Water as a mark of respect . Children sprinkled flower petals on the Sri Ram Rath. Young and Old stood along the road cheering , clapping , dancing as the Procession passed by. DJ played Bhajans which were instant hit with younger folks.

Local Businessmen , Politicians made arrangements of food and water for the rallyists. Pulihora , Poori-Sabji , Dhai Baat , Butter Milk were provided to participants all through the route . Special care was taken for the Drinking Water and Medical assistance en-route. RSS Swayamsevaks were seen addressing through Public Address system for an peaceful and smooth conduct of the event. Local Police Officers too helped the Organisers in their own capacity and such Polices Officers were felicitated by the organisers from makeshift Dias, as an thanks giving gesture.

The success of "Shoba Yatra" was a tight slap on the face of 'Secular' Hyderaba Police Force . Some Officers under Owaisi Brothers influence pulled every string to ban the Shoba Yatra. Arrested Thakur Raja Singh in fake cases called local Hindu Youth Leaders and threatened them with cases if they take part in the Rally . But nothing can deter the spirits of Hindu Youth . 3 Lakh Hindus defied the diktat of Qasim Razvi and Razakars. After seeing the Huge turnout of Hindus for Shoba Yatra, HYD 'Secular' Police force and their Handlers will have nightmares for next few days. Thanks to Thakur Raja Singh ,VHP Bajrang Dal, Hindu Vahini ..... Razakars will remember the 'Viraat-Roop' of Hindu Shakti for some years to come.

CBI charges Jagan with cheating investors

Hyderabad: The CBI on Monday filed its second chargesheet in the Jaganmohan Reddy assets case in which it said the son of former CM Y S Rajasekhara Reddy and his company Jagathi Publications cheated investors with false promises.It said that Jagans financial auditor V Vijay Sai Reddy acted as a co-conspirator in the dealings.The 53-page chargesheet has 28 documents and cited 30 witnesses.
Citing the statements it recorded of investors like A K Dandamudi of Secunderabad,P R Kannan of Chennai and Madhav Ramachandran of Bangalore,who together invested over Rs 34 crore,the probe agency charged Jagan with duping the investors.
Madhav,a Bangalore-based NRI and Dandamudi of Hyderabad,who invested Rs 19 crore and Rs 9 crore respectively in Jagathi Publications (publishers of Sakshi newspaper),had earlier deposed before the CBI stating that their attempts to get back their money were unsuccessful.
Ramachandran said he had taken a loan of Rs 10 crore from his friend and invested in Jagathi Publications,the CBI said in its supplementary chargesheet.The Chennai-based businessman had invested the money following a request from YSR,the chargesheet says quoting his deposition.Madhav is currently in Dubai and Dandamudi in Hyderabad.Both of them were earlier called to Dilkusha guest house,the CBIs probe office in the Jagan assets case,to record their statements.

Mahindra moves TN plant investment to AP

Chennai: Delay in land allocations at Cheyyar in Tamil Nadu has prompted Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) to set up a tractor manufacturing unit in Zaheerabad,Andhra Pradesh.
The plant in Zaheerabad has been set up as a hub to cater to the entire south Indian market for the companys Swaraj as well as Mahindra brand of tractors.M&M has invested Rs 300 crore in the plant at Medak district,which will be functional in 3-4 months.
The proposal to build the tractor plant in Tamil Nadu was dropped about a year ago because we needed to get going with the plant immediately and land approvals had not worked out in TN.So,we proceeded with Zaheerabad instead.In fact,the tractor plant is not even mentioned in the MoU we signed with the government of Tamil Nadu, Pawan Goenka,president,auto and farm equipment sector,M&M said.
In 2009,the Tamil Nadu government had cleared M&Ms proposal to set up an automobile project at Cheyyar,100 km from Chennai,with an investment of Rs 1,800 crore.Government officials then said M&M planned to manufacture 1.5 lakh cars per annum,apart from tractors and spare parts,providing 2,500 direct jobs.The first vehicles were due for roll out this year.The state government was to allocate 450 acres in Tiruvannamalai district for the facility.The planned Cheyyar facility would have a car,tractor and spare parts manufacturing plant,a testing track and an R&D centre.
M&M will now develop the Cheyyar plant as a proving ground/testing centre.The recently commissioned Mahindra Research Valley (an integrated R&D centre) will use Cheyyar location for testing,NATRIPs facility at Oragadam for crash test and the wind tunnel testing facility at Pithampur.

HYDERABAD: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Sunday evening arrested YSR Congress party leader Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy in the disproportionate assets case.

YSR party leader J. Prabhakar Rao told reporters outside Dilkusha Guest House, the CBI camp office, that the CBI has arrested Jagan.

The MP and son of late chief minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy was arrested after the CBI grilled him for the third consecutive day.

YSR’s son faces a host of criminal charges

Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, whose rebellion against the Congress and rapid rise in politics has convulsed Andhra Pradesh, was arrested by the CBI on Sunday amid high drama.

The arrest of the YSR Congress chief followed eight hours of grilling at the CBI Camp Office on Raj Bhavan Road. Jagan was questioned for the third consecutive day in connection with a case of disproportionate wealth. His party has called for a state-wide bundh on Monday to protest the arrest.

The CBI, on an order from the Andhra Pradesh High Court, is investigating Jagan on the charge of possessing wealth beyond his known means of income.

The investigative agency arrested Jagan under Section 120b (Criminal conspiracy), Section 420 (Cheating); Section 477a ( Forgery of document), Section 409 (Criminal breach of trust), and Section 13(1)d, 13(2) r/w 477 (Prevention of Corruption Act).

Jagan’s mother Vijayalakshmi, popularly known as Vijayamma, wife Bharati, sister Sharmila and brother-in-law Anil arrived at Dilkusha Guest house a few minutes after his arrest was confirmed by the CBI around 7:20 pm.

Emerging from the guest house, a sobbing Vijayamma said she suspected the government’s intentions in arresting Jagan at the time of by-polls. “After this, my suspicions over a Congress conspiracy behind the death of my husband YSR are confirmed,” she added.

Indications that Jagan would be arrested came at 3 pm when the police, in a state-wide precautionary measure, took YSRCP party workers into custody, particularly in Kadapa, East Godavari and Vizianagaram districts. Buses to important coastal and Rayalaseema towns were cancelled and highway patrolling on Hyderabad to Vijayawada, Guntur and Kurnool routes was intensified.

In Hyderabad, police forced party workers to vacate the party central office in Jubilee Hills. Security at Dilkusha Guest house, Jagan’s Lotus Pond residence, CBI Special Courts in Nampally and CBI Judge Justice Pullaiah’s residence in Road No 10 , Banjara Hills was enhanced. Security for TDP President Nara Chandrababu Naidu also was increased.

The state police have deployed over 1,000 policemen in Kadapa district and also in Jagan’s native town Pulivendula in anticipation of trouble. In Taditota, centre of Rajahmundry in East Godavari district, miscreants pelted stones at buses, damaging them.

Deviating from the over the last two days, the CBI allowed Jagan to have his auditor and close aide Vijay Sai Reddy with him at the time of interrogation. Sources say that the CBI concentrated its questioning on the flow of funds into Jagan’s companies and Vijay Sai Reddy’s presence was required as Jagan was feigning innocence about complex financial issues.

Jagan and 13 other accused in the assets case are scheduled to attend the CBI court on Monday.

Mom, wife taken into custody

Late on Sunday night, police took into custody Jagan’s mother Vijayamma, wife Bharathi, sister Sharmila and other family members for staging a sit-in to protest his arrest and dropped them off at their residence.

ஆந்திர மாநில முதல்வர் ராஜசேகரரெட்டியின் மகன் ஜெகன்மோகன் ரெட்டி அளவுக்கு அதிகமாக சொத்து சேர்த்த வழக்கில் சி.பி.ஐ.,யினரால் கைது செய்யப்பட்டு சிறையில் அடைக்கப்பபட்டுள்ளார். இவர் மீது சுரங்க மோசடி வழக்கும் நிலுவையில் இருக்கிறது.

இவரது தந்தை ராஜசேகரரெட்டி ஆட்சி காலத்தில் அதிகாரத்தை பயன்படுத்தி பல்வேறு வர்த்தக நிறுவனங்களுக்கு தாராள சலுகையினை பெற்று கொடுத்துள்ளார். இதனால் பயன் அடைந்த பெரும் வர்த்தக நிறுவனங்கள் ஜெகன் நடத்தி வந்த கம்பெனிகளில் கோடி, கோடியாக முதலீடு செய்தன. இதனால் தமது சொத்து எல்லை விரிந்து கொண்டே போனது. இவரது சொத்துக்கள் 600 கோடிக்கும் மேலாக இருப்பது தெரிய வந்துள்ளது.

காங்கிரசை எதிர்த்து அரசியல் துவக்கிய இவருக்கு தொடர்ந்து சிக்கல்கள் வரத்துவங்கின. தற்போது சி.பி.ஐ., கையில் சிக்கி சிறையில் அடைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார். மக்கள் பணத்தை சுரண்டி கொள்ளை அடித்துள்ளனர் என கோர்ட்டில் சி.பி.ஐ., தனது வாதத்தின்போது வைத்தது. ஜெகன் சொத்து தொடர்பாக பலக்கட்ட விசாரணை பலக்குழுக்களாக பிரிந்து அதிகாரிகள் நடத்தி வருகின்றனர்.

இந்த விசாரணையில் இந்தியா சிமென்ட்ஸ் நிர்வாக இயக்குனர் சீனிவாசன் சிக்கியிருக்கிறார். இவர் இந்திய கிரிக்கெட் வாரிய தலைவராகவும் உள்ளார். ஐ.பி.எல்., சென்னை சூப்பர்கிங்ஸ் அணியின் உரிமையாளரும் ஆவார். இவர் ஜெகன் மோகன் நிறுவனங்களில் பல கோடிக்களை இந்தியா சிமென்ட்ஸ் பெயரில் முதலீடு செய்திருக்கிறார். ஏன் முதலீடு செய்தார் என்பது சி.பி.ஐ.,அதிகாரிகளின் கேள்வி.

என்னதான் சலுகை பெற்றார் ? ரகசிய விசாரணையில் சீனிவாசன் ஆந்திராவில் இருந்து தமது நிறுவனங்களுக்கு தேவையான மூலப்பொருட்களை சலுகை விலையில் பெற்றுள்ளார். பெரும் அளவிலான தண்ணீர் ஒதுக்கீடும் நடந்திருக்கிறது. இதற்கு அப்போதைய முதல்வர் ராஜசேகரரெட்டி ( விமான விபத்தில் உயிரிழந்தவர்) கரிசணம் காட்டியுள்ளார்.

எனவே இந்த முதலீடு தொடர்பாக விளக்கம் அளிக்கும்படி சி.பி.ஐ., சம்மன் அனுப்பியுள்ளது. வரும் 15 ம் தேதிக்கு மேல் ஒரு நாள் சி.பி.ஐ., முன்பு ஆஜராகி விளக்கம் அளிக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் கேட்டு கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது. விசாரணையின் அடிப்படையில் சி.பி.ஐ.,யின் அடுத்தக்கட்ட நடவடிக்கை இருக்கும். பல்வேறு சிமென்ட்ஸ் நிர்வாகிகளுக்கும் பல வர்த்தக நிறுவன அதிபர்களுக்கும் நோட்டீஸ் அனுப்பி வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

ஸ்பெக்ட்ரம் ஊழல் வழக்கில் நாட்டின் முக்கிய வர்த்தக நிறுவன இயக்குனர்கள் , உயர் பொறுப்பில் இருந்தவர்கள் சிறைக்குள் தள்ளப்பட்டனர் என்பது நினைவிருக்கலாம்.

MP drags Rosaiah into another land controversy

Hyderabad: Rajya Sabha member V Hanumantha Rao claimed on Monday that a 7-acre land worth Rs 300 crore located in the heart of the city was regularized in a dubious manner and post haste for a private person.The land was originally allocated for the construction of an Urdu and Telugu medium school and an auditorium.
The regularization of the land,located in Amberpet,in the names of Bahaduruddin Khan and others took place soon after K Rosaiah took over as the chief minister in September 2009.
According to Rao,the land was transferred to the private party in haste and that Baharuddin got it in just four months after he applied for the regularization.Stalling the construction of the school building which was nearing completion,the Rosaiah government registered the land in the name of Baharuddin.The way it was done points to a big scam,Rao alleged.
He also alleged that the whole operation was kept under wraps on the apprehension that there could be opposition from local people to the land regularization and it came to light on June 25,2012 through the Hyderabad collector.
Rao said successive governments led by YSR,Rosaiah and Kiran Kumar Reddy held meetings with officials on the construction of the school and auditorium suppressing the fact that the land was already assigned to aprivate party.
Rao alleged that both the previous and present chief minister had misled him to cover up the land regularization at the cost of the school.He demanded that the land should be restored to the Urdu and Telugu medium school and auditorium.
Demanding an inquiry into all regularizations since 2002,he said he would present a report to Congress president Sonia Gandhi on how Rosaiah and Kiran Reddy governments continued with the land scams of the YSR era.
