தணிக்கைத் துறைக்கு கலைஞர் பாராட்டு

தலைப்பைப் படித்து குழம்பாதீர்கள். முழுதாய் படியுங்கள்!

டெல்லியில் உள்ள மத்திய கணக்குத் துறை அதிகாரியின் ஸ்பெக்ட்ரம் அறிக்கை புயலைக் கிளப்பி ஆ.ராசாவின் மத்திய அமைச்சர் பதவியையே பறித்துவிட்ட நிலையில்... இப்படியெல்லாம் நடக்கும் என்று தெரியாமல், நவம்பர் 16&ம் தேதி சென்னை நந்தனத்தில் உள்ள மத்திய தணிக்கை கட்டுப்பாடு அமைப்பின் 150&வது ஆண்டு விழாவில் கலந்துகொள்ள தேதி கொடுத்திருந்தார் முதல்வர் கலைஞர்.

ஆனால் அரசியல் சூழலால் இடைப்-பட்ட நாட்களில்... ‘கணக்குத் தணிக்கை அதிகாரி யார் மீது வேண்டுமானாலும் குறை சொல்லலாம். ஆனால், அதுவே இறுதி தீர்ப்பு அல்ல’ என்று அத்துறையின் மீது காட்டம் காட்டியிருந்தார் கலைஞர். தி.மு.க.விற்கு தேசிய அளவில் சங்கடம் ஏற்படுவதற்குக் காரணமான இத்துறையின் விழாவில் கலைஞர் பங்கேற்பாரா என்று அந்த அலுவலகத்தில் பட்டிமன்றமே நடந்தது.

விழாவுக்குச் செல்ல அவர் மனம் ஒப்பவில்லை. எனினும், ஒப்புதல் கொடுத்தபிறகு ஒரு மாநில முதல்வராக இருந்து நிகழ்ச்சிக்கு செல்ல-வில்லையென்றால்... எதிர்க்கட்சிகளின் விமர்சனத்துக்கு ஆளாக வேண்டியிருக்குமே என்பதால், தான் மாமல்லபுரத்துக்கு புறப்பட்டுவிட்டு... தனக்கு பதில் துணை முதல்வர் ஸ்டாலினை அனுப்பி வைத்தார் கலைஞர். மாநில அரசு சார்பாக கண்டிப்பாக ஒருவராவது கலந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்ற அரசு அதிகாரிகளின் நிர்ப்பந்தமும் ஒரு காரணம் என்கிறார்கள்.

விழாவில் கலந்துகொண்ட துணை முதல்வர் ஸ்டாலினும் தன் பேச்சில் கலைஞர் அனுப்பிய அறிக்கையையே படித்தார். ராசா ராஜினாமாவுக்கு முன்பு தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட அந்த அறிக்கையை மாற்ற மறந்ததின் விளைவு, மத்திய அரசு மட்டுமல்ல தன் அரசையே சுயமாக குற்றம்சாட்டிக் கொள்ளும் அறிக்கையாக மாறியிருந்ததுதான் வேடிக்கை.

அந்தப் பேச்சு இதோ...

நாடொறும் நாடு கெடும்.

(ஆட்சியினால் விளையும் நன்மை தீமைகளை நாள்தோறும் ஆராய்ந்து அவற்றுக்குத் தக்கவாறு நடந்து கொள்ளாத அரசு அமைந்த நாடு சீர்குலைந்து போய்விடும்)

என்ற அய்யன் திருவள்ளுவர் வாக்கிற்கு இணங்க, எந்த ஆட்சியாளரும் தவறுகளைக் கண்டறிந்து அவற்றை கலைந்தால்தான் அந்த ஆட்சி சிறப்பான ஆட்சியாக இருக்கும்.

இந்தியாவைப் போன்ற ஜனநாயக முறை ஆட்சியில் தவறுகள் நடக்காமல் கண்காணிக்க ஒரு அமைப்பு தேவை. அய்யன் திருவள்ளுவரின் கூற்றுக்கு ஏற்ப கணக்குத் தணிக்கை அமைப்பின் கொள்கை அமைந்திருப்பது குறித்து மகிழ்ச்சி அடைந்திருக்கிறேன். தவறுகளை விழிப்புடன் இருந்து சுட்டிக்காட்டுவது கணக்குத் தணிக்கை துறையினரால் சிறப்பாக மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு வருகிறது. எனினும், தணிக்கை குழுவின் விமர்சனங்கள் நியாயமாகவும், நடுநிலையுடனும் எப்போதும் இருக்க வேண்டும்’’ என்று கலைஞரின் உரையை முடித்தார் துணை முதல்வர்.

ராசா பதவி பறிப்பதற்கு முன்னர் முதல்வர் இந்த உரையை தயார் செய்திருந்தாலும், இப்போதும் அது சரிதானே?

இதுவரை நம்ம ஊரில் கிக் கொடுத்துக் கொண்டிருந்த ஓல்ட் மங்க், ட்ரிபிள் எக்ஸ் ரம்மைத் தூக்கிச் சாப்பிடும் வகையில் ‘சூப்பர் கிக்’ கொடுத்த ‘ரம்’ ஸ்பெக்ட்ரம்.

தமிழர்கள் மற்ற மாநிலத்தவர்களுக்கு எதிலும் சளைத்தவர்கள் அல்ல என்று இந்த வகையிலும் ‘இந்திய வரலாற்றில் முதன் முறையாக’ ஒரு மெகா ஊழல். அதுவும், அரசியல் ‘திரைக்கு வந்து சில வருடங்களே ஆன’ தமிழகத்து மத்திய அமைச்சர், மூத்த பழுத்த & பழம் தின்று கொட்டைப் போட்ட அரசியல்வாதிகள் எல்லாம் வெட்கப்படச் செய்யுமளவுக்கு ஒரு லட்சத்து எழுபத்தாறாயிரம் கோடி ரூபாய் நாட்டுக்கு நஷ்டமாகும் அளவில் பணிபுரிந்திருக்கிறார்!

அரியலூரில் ஒரு சாதாரண ரயில் விபத்து நடந்தவுடன், தன் அமைச்சர் பதவியை ராஜினாமா செய்த லால்பகதூர் சாஸ்திரி வாழ்ந்த நாட்டில், கழுத்தைப் பிடித்துத் தள்ளினாலும் போகமாட்டேன் என்று கட்சித் தலைவருடன் சேர்ந்துகொண்டு அடம்பிடித்த அரசியல்வாதியைப் பெற்ற பெருமை தமிழ்நாட்டுக்குக் கிடைத்துள்ளது. அதிலும், கழுத்தில் கைவைத்து தள்ளியது இந்த நாட்டின் உச்ச நீதிமன்றமும், நாட்டின் தலைமை தணிக்கை அலுவலகமும் (சிகிநி). நான் எந்த விதியையும் மீறவில்லை என்றும், ராஜினாமா செய்யத் தேவையில்லை என்றும் சிறுபிள்ளை போல மாலை ஆறுமணிக்கு சென்னை விமான நிலையத்தில் பேட்டி கொடுத்த ஆ.ராசா, டெல்லி போய் இறங்கியதும் நேராகச் சென்று பிரதமரிடம் ராஜினாமா கடிதம் கொடுத்து நடிப்புத்திறமையில் தானும் கலைக்குடும்பத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவர் என்று நிரூபித்துவிட்டார்.

ராசாவை தக்கவைக்க, ஏறத்தாழ ஒரு வருடமாக கலைஞர் பகீரதப் பிரயத்தனம் செய்தது கடைசியில் பலிக்காமல் போய்விட்டது. எத்தனையோ சவால்களைச் சந்தித்து சமாளித்த அரசியல் சாணக்கியரான கலைஞர், செய்வதறியாமல் திணறியது புரிந்தது. மக்கள் திலகம் எம்.ஜி.ஆர். என்ற மாபெரும் சக்தியையே எதிர்கொண்டவர், மத்திய அரசில் யார் அமர்ந்தாலும், தமிழ்நாட்டின் தயவில்லாமல் ஆட்சியில் தொடர்ந்துவிட முடியாது என்ற நிலையைக் கொண்டுவந்த சிங்கத்தின் சீற்றம் சிறுத்து, சிறுமுயல் ஆன கதையாகிப் போனது.

CarkodaN%202.jpg கலைஞர் குடும்பத்துப் பெண்ணும் ஆ.ராசாவும் தங்கள் ஊடக ஆலோசகருடன் நடத்திய அரசியல் பேரப்பேச்சுக்கள் தொலைக்காட்சியில் ஒளிபரப்பானபோதே ராசா விலக்கிக்கொள்ளப்பட்டிருந்தால், தி.மு.க.வின் மரியாதை தேசிய அளவில் காப்பாற்றப்பட்டிருக்கும். நாடாளுமன்றம், உச்ச நீதிமன்றம், சிகிநி என்று இத்தனை சக்திகளும் ஒருசேர வெளியேற்ற முயலும் வரை ஒரு அமைச்சர் பதவி விலக மறுத்தது அவருக்கும், அவர் கட்சிக்கும், அந்தக் கட்சித் தலைவருக்கும் அவமானம் & அதைவிட இந்திய ஜனநாயகத்திற்கு ஏற்பட்ட அவமானம். பிரதமர் அலுவலகம், நிதி அமைச்சகம், சட்ட அமைச்சகம், டிராய் அமைப்பு இவர்கள் அத்தனை பேர் பரிந்துரைகளையும் உதறித் தள்ளிவிட்டு ‘சினிமா டிக்கெட்’ கொடுப்பது போல் 2நி & உரிமங்களைக் கொடுத்ததுமில்லாமல் அதை நியாயப்படுத்திய அநியாயம் இந்தியாவில்தான் நடக்க முடியும். உரிமம் வேண்டி விண்ணப்பித்தவர்களில் பலர் விளம்பரம் வருவதற்கு முன்னமேயே விண்ணப்பக் கட்டணத்திற்கான டிமாண்ட் டிராப்ட் வாங்கியிருப்-பதிலிருந்தே ஊழல் நடந்திருக்குமா இல்லையா என்பது தெளிவாகத் தெரிகிறது.

அரசியல் வரலாற்றில் எத்தனையோ அரசியல் பிரச்னைகளை சமாளித்த கலை-ஞருக்கு இந்த வயதில், இந்தத் தலை-குனிவு ஏற்பட்டதன் காரணம் அவருடைய சாணக்கியத்தை, குடும்பப் பாசம் வென்றதுதான் என்பதை மறுக்கமுடியாது. இந்த விவகாரத்தில் ஜெயலலிதா அடித்தது ‘மாஸ்டர் ஸ்ட்ரோக்’ என்பது உண்மைதான் என்றாலும், வெற்றி காங்கிரஸுக்குத்தான் என்பது பேருண்மை. ஏதோ தி.மு.க. அமைச்சர் ஊழல் பெருச்சாளி என்பதைப் போலவும், அவரை அடித்து விரட்ட வேண்டிய காங்கிரஸின் கைகள் கட்டப்பட்டிருந்ததைப் போலவும் & அதையெல்லாம் மீறி காங்கிரஸ் ஆ.ராசாவை ராஜினாமா செய்யவைத்து தங்கள் ‘புனிதத்தை’க் காப்பாற்றிக்கொண்டது போலவும் காட்டியதுதான் சூப்பர் நாடகம். காமன்வெல்த் ஊழல், ஆதர்ஷ் ஊழல் போன்ற ஆயிரம் கோடிகளில் ஊழல் செய்த காங்கிரஸ் தலைவர்கள் எல்லாம், ஆ.ராசாவின் பிடிவாதத்தால் ‘புகழ் மங்கிப்’ போனார்கள்.

ஸ்பெக்ட்ரம் விவ-காரத்தில் ஆ.ராசாவுக்கு இருக்கும் அதே பொறுப்பும், பொறுப்பின்மையும் பிரதமர் உள்ளிட்ட மத்திய அரசுக்கு முழுவதுமாக இருந்தது & இருக்கிறது என்பதை மறந்துவிடக் கூடாது. ஆ.ராசா செய்தது தவறு என்று மத்திய அரசுக்கு இப்போதுதான் ஞானோதயம் வந்தது போல் நடிப்பதால் அவர்களுடைய குற்றம் மறைந்துவிடாது. இத்தகைய மாபெரும் ஊழல் நடந்திருப்பதற்குப் பொறுப்-பேற்று மத்திய அரசு ராஜினாமா செய்தாலும் தவறில்லை. செய்ய மாட்டார்கள். அப்படிச் செய்வதாக இருந்தால் வருடத்திற்கு நான்குமுறை ராஜினாமா செய்ய நேரிடும்.

காங்கிரஸின் மூத்த அமைச்சரைச் சென்ற வாரம் சந்தித்த கழகக் குடும்பம், ஊழல் பணத்தில் ஒரு பகுதி சென்ற நாடாளுமன்றத் தேர்தலில் காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி வேட்பாளர்களுக்கும் தேர்தல் செலவாக கொடுக்கப்பட்டதைச் சுட்டிக் காட்டியது என்ற பரவலான செய்தி, குற்றவாளிப் பட்டியலில் காங்கிரஸை கி&2வாகப் பதிவு செய்கிறது. தி.மு.க.வுடன் உள்ள கூட்டணியை முறித்துக்கொள்ள சௌகரியமாக, காங்கிரஸ்தான் அ.தி.மு.க. மூலம் இந்த விஷயத்தில் ப்ரெஷரை அதிகப்படுத்தியதோ என்று சிலர் சந்தேகம் எழுப்புகிறார்கள். அப்படி இல்லாவிட்டாலும், தி.மு.க.வுடனான கூட்டணிப் பேரத்தில் க்ஷிணீஸீtணீரீமீ ஜீஷீsவீtவீஷீஸீ எடுப்பதற்காகக்கூட காங்கிரஸ் இதைச் செய்திருக்கலாம். நோக்கம் எதுவாக இருந்தாலும், விளைவு தமிழ்நாட்டிற்கு பெருத்த அவமானம். ஜெயித்தது யாரென்று புரியாவிட்டாலும் தோற்றது யார் என்று தெளிவாகத் தெரிகிறது & வேறு யார் & வழக்கம் போல் பொதுமக்கள்தான்!

Kanimozhi's Political Baptism
Rajathiammal, the second wife of DMK chief M Karunanidhi, they say, wants big things for her daughter, M.K. Kanimozhi, now a Rajya Sabha MP. With the succession wars hotting up in the Karunanidhi clan, Rajathiammal does not want her 40- year-old daughter left behind. Her mother's ambition that Kanimozhi be inducted into the union cabinet has so far remained unfulfilled. Which also explains why unlike the low-profile Dayaluammal, the mother of the feuding siblings M.K. Azhagiri and M.K. Stalin, Rajathiammal is very visible these days. So is Kanimozhi but only at places like the Chennai Sanghamam (which she pulled off with great aplomb two years in a row), a book release function, gender sensitization events, a parliamentary delegation and other such -- which give her the tag of being a political "lightweight".

All that is about to change this week-end when Kanimozhi gets her baptism in the rough and tumble of politics when she addresses the DMK women's wing conference at Cuddalore. Granted that there has been no build up of the kind seen when her half-brother Stalin addressed the youth conference at Tirunelveli last December. But Stalin was to emerge as the heir apparent -- that's why everyone in the DMK went overboard because Kalaignar had hinted that he might be ready to sit in a rocking chair on his porch, metaphorically speaking of course. But as we all know that did not happen, and on his 85th birthday, the patriarch saw his two sons at odds, almost publicly. But that's another story. Kanimozhi, a poet like her father, has looked fetching in ethnic wear so far. What she should demonstrate this week-end is whether she has the stomach for the seamy side of politics, a hint of which is already visible in the ugly spat between her brothers.

Will A Star Be Born?
Why Cuddalore? one might ask. The Dravidian parties like to project that they are rationalist. But scratch the surface and a more superstitious lot will be difficult to find. So if Cuddalore made a political star out of Jayalalithaa, chances are that Kanimozhi might take the same trajectory in politics -- that is the thinking for picking Cuddalore.

In 1982, a wet behind the ears Jayalalitha, a Rajya Sabha MP just like Kanimozhi, was launched by M G Ramachandran. She was just 34 and the propaganda secretary of the AIADMK. Why Cuddalore, then? In her case it was not so much superstition (although now Amma is as, if not more, superstitious than her bete noire Karunanidhi) as practicality that dictated Cuddalore's choice. Because at the time Chandralekha (who later even had acid flung at her, disfiguring her face leading her to accuse Jayalalitha of being behind the attack) was the collector of the district and MGR felt she was the best officer who could do right by Amma. Besides, M. Natarajan (yes, the very same Natarajan who is the husband of Sasikala, now described as Jayalalitha's "companion") was the district PRO (public relations officer). The two marshalled all their skills and a star was born. Today Jayalalitha is the supreme leader of the AIADMK and has people at her feet. Incidentally, she was disdainful of Kanimozhi's coming out last year calling her a "mushroom that sprouted overnight."

While Stalin has been invited to speak at this week-end do, it's going to be a women's show with Kanimozhi at the helm. If she takes off politically, then her father is going to have a real problem on his hands. They say you should be careful what you wish for!

All In The Family
After tasting blood when he turfed out Kalanithi (Sun TV chief) and brother Dayanithi Maran (former union minister) when they had come to greet his father M Karunanidhi on his 85th birthday last week, Azhagiri has taken on the Marans again. Unlike brother Stalin, who keeps wife Durga and his children (son Udayanithi has just turned producer) out of politics Azhagiri apparently believes the dictum (amended of course) that a family that is in politics together stays together. Thus it was that son, Dayanidhi, was by his father's side at his birthday press conference in January and his daughter Kayalvizhi, a budding poet, has been in the news too. Incidentally, it was Azhagiri's wife Kanthi who did the ribbon cutting when Royal Cable Vision was launched in Madurai this week, signaling a turf war with the Marans. Already the effect is being felt and Sun TV soap opera couch potatoes are not amused that their daily soap fix has been withdrawn because RCV has blacked out Sun TV. Only those who got on the DTH platform promoted by the Marans are unaffected -- but then the majority of the middle and low income groups have stuck to cable. It is clear that Azhagiri, who was the architect of the downsizing of the Marans politically, wants to cut into their business too. And since he has the might of the government (the government released the picture of the ribbon cutting), the Marans must be a worried lot. The fact that Sun TV is still king despite the high profile launch of Kalaignar TV must be small comfort.

A Political Nobody?
When it came to films, Karthik, in his time, had carved a niche for himself. And had many fans. In the male-dominated Tamil film industry, there was place for Rajnikanth, Kamal Hassan, Vijaykanth and Karthik. But in politics, Karthik is a loser. Just before the assembly elections, he joined the Forward Bloc and much was expected of him. But unlike Vijaykanth, who won his seat, and contested all 234 seats, Karthik apparently put on too much attitude with the result that he was thrown out of the Forward Bloc after which there was a protracted media war on who said what to whom and did what. Now he has launched the Agila India Naadaalum Makkal Katchi and hopes the thevars will stick by him. His party flag has the image of Pasumpon Muthuramalinga Thevar. He was sanctimonious at the press conference to launch his party: "Many politicians (referring to Vijaykanth) make plenty of promises but it is not easy being the CM. We always study whether it is practical, and stay away from the race for CM, unless people judge and find us worthy." Well, the Forward Bloc did not think him worthy, wonder what the people will think.

Assistants of CM, wife cornered housing plots

Chennai, Dec. 7: Not only babus and netas benefited under the ‘preferential’ allocation of TNHB plots but even the assistants of chief minister M. Karunanidhi and his wife Rajathiammal have benefited.

According to documents available with this newspaper, Mr Karunanidhi’s assistant K. Nithiyanandam and Ms Rajathiammal’s personal assistant S. Saravanan got allotments in TNHB under the ‘government discretionary quota’ in the ‘social worker’ category.

Mr Nithiyanandam and Mr Saravanan were allotted 2,100 sq ft costing `50.82 lakh and 2,180 sq ft (`58.08 lakh) of prime plots in Tiruvanmiyur Extension in March 2008. The duo paid `20.32 lakh and `21.10 lakh as initial deposits.

The sons and daughters of the CM’s secretaries – S. Rajarethinam, Dr K. Rajamanickam and M. Devaraj – also got allotments as social workers.

Mr Rajarethinam’s son R. Thirumavalavan got a 4,506 sq ft plot at Kamarajar Nagar in Tiruvanmiyur for `1.09 crore, while Mr Rajamanickam’s son R. Durga Sankar and Mr Devaraj’s daughter Deepa got plots measuring 4,668 sq ft (`1.12 crore) and 4,466 sq ft (`1.08 crore).

Housing minister I. Periasami said allotments under discretionary quota were made as per rules. “If any irregularities are brought to our notice, we will take necessary action,” he said.

Semmozhi Manadu ?

But why the conference be called Ulaga Thamizh Semmozhi Manadu rather than calling it Tamil Manadu ? These Tamil Manadu should be approved by the society in Japan which does a research on Tamil Language. In spite their dis approval of conducting the conference, Karunanithi, the respected, the to be respected, the honored, the to be honored chief minister of Tamil Nadu desperately wanted to conducted the Ulaga Thamizh Semmozhi Manadu in this year (2010) itself. So what might be the reasons for conducting the World Classical Tamil Conference in 2010 in spite of dis approval?

2.He might lose power in the next election
3.He wanted to show accounts
4.Spend the illegal money
5.Wanted to carve his bloody name in the history

Properties were transferred to the name of Athiban Bose, and after divorce those properties were again transferred to the fraud family.

மக்களுக்குத் தொண்டு செய்வதற்காக தயாநிதி மாறனும் கனிமொழியும் ஆ.ராசாவும் எவ்வளவு துடித்திருக்கிறார்கள் என்பதை நீரா ராடியா டேப்கள் நமக்குப் புரியவைக்கின்றன. இந்த டேப்கள் எதுவும் எந்தப் பத்திரிகையாளரும் தனி முயற்சியில் பதிவு செய்தவை அல்ல. அரசாங்கத்தின் வருமானவரித் துறை, உள்துறை அனுமதியுடன் நீரா ராடியாவைத் தொடர்ந்து கண்காணித்துப் பதிவு செய்தவை. இப்போது உச்ச நீதி மன்றத்தின் முன்னால் தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டிருப்பவை. இவற்றிலிருந்து தெரியவரும் தகவல்கள் தான் என்ன?

1. ‘கருணாநிதிக்கு வயதாகி புத்தி பேதலித்துவிட்டது. ( senile ). இனிமேல் தானும் ஸ்டாலினும் தான் கட்சியை நடத் திச் செல்லப் போகிறோம். காங்கிர ஸார் என்னுடன் பேசுவதுதான் நல்லது. ஸ்டாலினும் என் கட்டுப் பாட்டில் தான் இருப்பார்’ என் றெல்லாம் தயாநிதிமாறன் தில்லியில் சொல்வதாக நீரா ராடியா, ஆ.ராசாவிடம் சொல்கிறார்.

2. அழகிரிக்கு ஆங்கிலம் தெரியாது என காங்கிரஸார் மனத்தில் விதைத்தது யாரென்று தமக்குத் தெரியும் என ராசா சொன்னதுக்குதான் மேற்படி பதில்.

3. அதுமட்டுமல்ல அழகிரி ஒரு கிரிமினல். ஐந்தாவது வகுப்புக்கு மேல் படிக்கவில்லை என்றும் தயாநிதி சொல்லியிருக்கிறார். இதையெல்லாம் கருணாநிதியிடம் சொல்லுங்கள் என்கிறார் நீரா.

4. இல்லை. நான் அழகிரியிடமே சொல்லிவிட் டேன். அவர் தலைவரிடம் போய்ச் சொல்லிவிட்டார் என்கிறார் ராசா.

5. எங்களுக்கு டி.ஆர்.பாலுவுடன்தான் பிரச்னை. ராசாவிடம் இல்லை என்று சோனியா காந்தியை நேரடியாகவே கருணாநிதியிடம் ஃபோனில் சொல்ல வைக்கும்படி ராசா, நீராவைக் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறார். அகமது படேல் மூலம் சொல்லுவதாக நீரா சொல்கிறார். பாலுதான் பிரச்னை என்பதை எழுதி ஒரு சீலிட்ட கவரில் வைத்து கருணாநிதியிடம் கொடுக்கச் சொல்கிறார் ராசா.

6. தம்மைத்தான் தி.மு.க சார்பில் தில்லியில் காங்கிரஸாருடன் பேசும்படி கருணாநிதி தனியே சொல்லியனுப்பி இருப்பதாக தயாநிதி மாறன் தில்லியில் சொல்லிவருவதாக நீரா, கனிமொழியிடம் சொல்கிறார்.

7. தயாநிதி பொய் சொல்வதாகவும் பொய்களைப் பரப்புவதாகவும் கனிமொழி, நீராவிடம் சொல்கிறார். அதற்கு நீரா, சென்னையில் சன் டி.வி.காரர்கள் இதர வட இந்திய சேனல்கள் எல்லோரிடமும் தவறான செய்திகளை வேண்டுமென்றே பரப்புகிறார்கள் என்று தம்மிடம் சி.என்.என்.ஐ.பி.என். சேனலின் ராஜ்தீப் சர்தேசாய் கூறியதாகத் தெரிவிக்கிறார்.

8. தயாநிதி, பதவி ஏற்பு நிகழ்ச்சிக்குச் செல்லப் போவதாக நீரா, கனிமொழியிடம் சொல்கிறார். போகக்கூடாது என்று கருணாநிதி சொல்லியிருப்பதாகக் கனிமொழி சொல்கிறார். ராசாதான் போகவேண்டும் என்றும் சொல்லப்பட்டிருக்கிறதாம். ஆனால் தயாநிதி பின்னால் கருணாநிதியிடம் வந்து அகமது படேல் கூப்பிட்டதால் சென்றேன் என்று ஏதாவது கதை விடுவார் என்கிறார் கனிமொழி. இதையெல்லாம் அப்பாவிடம் சொல்ல வேண்டி யதுதானே என்று நீரா கேட்கிறார். அய்யோ அவருக்குப் புரியவே புரியாது, என்று அலுத்துக் கொள்கிறார் கனிமொழி. விரக்தியடையாதே. நீதான் மகள். நீதான் அப்பாவிடம் பேசவேண்டும் என்று ஆறுதல் சொல்கிறார் நீரா.

9.தமக்கு கேபினட்டில் என்ன துறை தருவார்கள் என்று நீராவிடம் கனிமொழி கேட்கிறார். நல்வாழ்வு, சுற்றுச் சூழல், விமானத்துறைகளில் ஒன்றைத் தரச் சொல்லியிருப்பதாக நீரா சொல்கிறார். சுற்றுலா வேண்டாம் என்கிறார் கனிமொழி.

10. தொழிலதிபர் ரத்தன் டாட்டாவுடன் நீரா பேசும்போது, அமைச்சர் ராசாவை தயாநிதி துரத்தித் துரத்தி அடிப்பது கவலையாக இருப்பதாக டாட்டா சொல்கிறார். எதுவும் ஆகாது. அப்படியே ஆனாலும், ராசா இடத்துக்குக் கனிமொழிதான் வருவார் என்று ஆறுதல் சொல்கிறார் நீரா.

11. இன்னொரு பேச்சில், ராசாவுக்காக இவ்வளவு செய்திருந்தும் இப்படி ( நமக்குச் சாதகமில்லாமல்) நடந்துகொள்கிறாரே என்று கவலைப்படுகிறார் ரத்தன் டாட்டா. கோர்ட் உத்தரவினால் அப்படி என்று தம்மிடம் ராசா விளக்கியதாகவும் கோர்ட் உத்தரவைப் பற்றிக் கவலைப்படவேண்டாம். அதற்கு வியாக்யானம் சொல்வது ராசா கையில்தான் இருக்கிறது என்று ராசாவிடம் சொல்லிவிட்ட தாகவும் நீரா தெரிவிக்கிறார்.

12. புதிய அட்டர்னி ஜெனரல் பற்றி ரத்தன் டாட்டா கவலை தெரிவிக்கிறார். அவரைப் பற்றிக் கவலைப்பட வேண்டாம். நமக்கு சொலிசிட்டர் ஜெனரல் கோபால் சுப்ரமணியம்தான் முக்கியம். அவரைப் பார்க்கப்போகிறேன். அவருக்கு அனில் அம்பானியைத் துளியும் பிடிக்காது. நேர்மையானவர். (!) அனில் சொல்வதை ஒப்புக் கொள்ளமாட்டார் என்று நீரா பதிலளிக்கிறார்.

13. அனில் அம்பானியின் குழப்படிகள் பற்றி ஏன் மீடியா அம்பலப்படுத்தாமல் இருக்கிறது என்று டாட்டா, நீராவைக் கேட்கிறார். விளம்பர பலம்தான். ஏதாவது நெகட்டிவாக எழுதினால் உடனே விளம் பரத்தை நிறுத்திவிடுகிறார்கள் என்று டைம்ஸ் ஆஃப் இந்தியாவும் தைனிக் பாஸ்கர் பத்திரிகையும் சொல்கிறார்கள். மற்றவர்களும் இதைச் செய்யமுடியுமே என்றேன். மீடியா ரொம்ப ரொம்ப பேரா சைப்படுகிறது என்று விளக்குகிறார் நீரா.

14. என்.டி. டி.வி.யின் பர்க்கா தத்துடன் நீரா பேசுகிறார். இருவரும் காங்கிரஸ் - தி.மு.க அமைச்சர் பதவிப் பங்கீடு பேச்சு வார்த்தைகளை விவாதிக்கிறார்கள். தாம் காங்கிரஸ் தரப்பிடம் என்ன தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும் என்று பர்க்கா கேட்கிறார். தாம் அம்மா, மகள் (ராஜாத்தி, கனிமொழி) இரு வருடனும் பேசிவிட்டதாகவும் , காங்கிரஸ் தலைவர்கள் கருணாநிதியிடம் நேரடியாகப் பேசவேண்டும் என்றும் தயாநிதி மாறன், பாலு இருவரையும் வைத்துக் கொண்டு பேசக் கூடாது என்றும் நீரா சொல்கிறார்.

15. ஹிந்துஸ்தான் டைம்ஸின் ஆசிரியர் இயக்குனர் வீர் சிங்வியும் நீராவும் பேசுகிறார்கள். சிங்வி, தாம் தொடர்ந்து சோனி யாவையும் ராகுலையும் சந்தித்து வருவதாகச் சொல்கிறார். அமைச்சர் இலாக்கா பங்கீட்டுப் பிரச்னை காங்கிரஸ்-தி.மு.க பிரச்னை அல்ல. தி.மு.கவின் உள்தகராறுதான் என்கிறார். இரண்டு மனைவிகள், ஒரு சகோதரன், ஒரு சகோதரி, ஒரு மருமகன், என்று எல்லாம் ஒரே சிக்கலாக இருக்கிறது. கருணாநிதி தானே நேரில் பேசட்டும். அல்லது இன்னார்தான் தம் சார்பில் என்று ஒரே ஒருவரைத் தெரிவிக்கட்டும். ஆளுக்கு ஆள் பேசுகிறார்கள். தயாநிதி, குலாம் நபி ஆசாதை அடிக்கடி கூப்பிட்டு நான் தான் அதிகாரபூர்வமான பிரதிநிதி என்று சொல்லிக் கொண்டே இருக்கிறார். யாரும் அவரை சீரியசாக எடுத்துக் கொள்வதில்லை என்று வீர் சிங்வி சொல்கிறார்.

16. நீரா உடனே தயாநிதி மாறனை அமைச்சரவையில் சேர்க்கப் பெரும் நிர்ப்பந்தம் இருப்பதாகச் சொல்கிறார். என்ன நிர்ப்பந்தம்? தயாநிதி, கருணாநிதியின் மனைவி தயாளு அம்மாளுக்கு 600 கோடி ரூபாய் கொடுத்திருப்பதாகவும் அதனால் ஸ்டாலினும், செல்வியும் நிர்ப் பந்திப்பதாகவும் நீரா சொல்கிறார்.

இப்படியாகத் தமிழ் நாட்டின் மானத்தை தில்லியில் தி.மு.க தலைவர் கருணாநிதியின் குடும்பம் நாறடித்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும் கதை தொடர்கிறது.

படிக்கப் படிக்க ரத்தம் கொதிக்கிறது...

மேலே கொடுக்கப்பட்டது சுருக்கம்தான். முழு உரையாடல்களைக் கேட்டால், மந்திரி பதவிக்கான வெறி, ஆவேசம், பேராசை, நினைத்தபடி ஒவ்வொன்றும் நடக்கவில் லையே என்ற ஆதங்கம், எரிச்சல், எப்படி யாவது காரியத்தை முடித்துவிடவேண்டு மென்ற பதைப்பு எல்லாம் கனிமொழியின் பேச்சில் தொனிக்கின்றன. ஒவ்வொருவர் பேச்சிலும் ஒரு தொனி இருக்கிறது. தைரியம், மமதை, எல்லாம் தம் கண்ட்ரோலில் இருக்கிறது என்ற மிதப்பு எல்லாம் தெரிகின்றன.

இந்திய ஜனநாயகத்தின் அடிப்படை களையே உலுக்கும் கேள்விகளையும் அவற்றுக்கு அதிர்ச்சியான பதில்களையும் இந்த டேப்கள் நமக்குள் எழுப்புகின்றன.

கேள்வி 1: அமைச்சர்களைத் தேர்ந் தெடுப்பது யார்? பிரதமரா? தொழிலதி பர்களா?

பதில்: தொழிலதிபர்கள்தான். மன் மோகன்சிங் ஒரு டம்மி பீஸ்.

கேள்வி 2: எதற்காகக் குறிப்பிட்ட துறை தமக்கு வேண்டுமென்று அலைகிறார்கள்? தொண்டு செய்யவா? கொள்ளையடிக்கவா?

கேள்வி 4 : ராடியா டேப்கள் பற்றி கருணாநிதி, கனிமொழி, ராசா, தயாநிதி மாறன், மன்மோகன்சிங், சோனியா, ராகுல் காந்தி, ரத்தன் டாட்டா ஆகியோர் ஏன் ஒரு வார்த்தை கூட சொல்லவில்லை ?

Alagiri ups ante, says will resign

COOL KARUNA STAYS UNFAZED BY SON'S POSTURINGThere were persistent rumours on Wednesday that Union minister M.K.
Alagiri had sent put in his resignation and that he appeared to be increasing pressure on his father, chief minister M. Karunanidhi, to axe former communications and IT minister A. Raja, MP Kanimozhi and Tamil Nadu IT minister Poongothai Aladi Aruna.

However, DMK Parliamentary Party leader T.R.
Baalu on Wednesday denied that Mr Alagiri had resigned as Union chemicals minister. Reacting to some media reports that he had delivered the resignation letter when he called on AICC chief Sonia Gandhi in the morning, Mr Baalu said he had only conveyed his leader Karunanidhi's New Year greetings to the UPA chairperson.

"The TV channels are beaming mere rumours," Mr Baalu told Deccan Chronicle.

"Our relations with the Congress are very good.
The leaders of the two parties will propel the alliance to victory in the coming Assembly elections," he added.

Mr Baalu was present during the talks between Mr Karunanidhi and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh at Raj Bhavan here on Monday.

Rumours about Mr Alagiri's resignation were inspired by his recent conduct, which clearly indicated that the DMK's Madurai strongman was upset with Mr Karunanidhi.

Mr Alagiri had skipped the protocol reception for the Prime Minister on Sunday and an important DMK meeting the following day. It was said that he wanted his father to take action against Mr Raja, his MP sister Kanimozhi, and Ms Poongothai, who was heard deriding him on the Radia tapes.

Mr Alagiri also wanted the state government to dissociate itself from the Chennai Sangamam cultural festival being organised by NGO Tamil Maiyam, in which Ms Kanimozhi is a director.

DMK sources said Mr Alagiri had raised demands that would be impossible for his father to meet only in the hope that he would be able to secure, as a compromise, some additional seats for his nominees in the coming state elections.

However, Mr Karunanidhi appeared calm and composed as he went about his engagements, which included sharing the dais with Ms Kanimozhi at a government function to launch skill development training for the unemployed. The chief minister praised his daughter for finding jobs for over 1.33 lakh youth through job fairs she held across the state. He also wished that she would continue with the "good job".

ing to an official source, sought his date for the function, the minister’s office informed that he would not be available on the day.

Though Usilampatti, technically speaking, does not fall under Mr Alagiri’s parliamentary constituency, he has not stayed away from a function of this kind in his home district. The cadres, however, had put up flex boards and banners welcoming both leaders for the event. Most of the pictures had Mr Stalin following his elder brother.

Mr Stalin distributed revolving funds to self-help groups and laid the foundation stone for development

works covered under his brother’s constituency too.

Ramachandran and Thangam Thennarasu were present though the invite did not have their names. All the speakers, including Congress MLA K.S.K. Rajendran, praised both brothers in equal measure.

They also used the platform to seek votes for the ensuing Assembly polls.

RIGHTS ACTIVIST MOVES HIGH COURT ON CHENNAI SANGAMAM

A rights activist here has moved the Madras high court for direction to the government to dissociate itself from Chennai Sangamam being conducted during January 12-17 by Tamil Maiyam, which was recently raided by the CBI probing the spectrum scam.

Advocate-activist P. Pugalenthi in his petition said the state tourism development corporation should not associate with Chennai Sangamam as Tamil Maiyam was one of the 34 premises raid

ed by the CBI in Delhi, Chennai, Tiruchy and Perambalur.

The CBI had also announced to the media on December 15, 2010, that incriminating documents and electronic evidence of fund transfers were seized during those raids.

Within two weeks of those CBI raids, the state government had now announced partnering with Tamil Maiyam to conduct Chennai Sangamam, Mr Pugalenthi pointed out in his petition, which is likely to come up for hearing on January 6.

He pointed out that the

CBI probe was still on and the Supreme Court was monitoring the spectrum investigation.
