Bishop Yvon Ambroise’s Activities Have Become Childish

Bishop Yvon Ambroise has become a child now. His activities are becoming childish. We give an example here. In the affidavit in W.P.No.11437/2017 filed by the Tuticorin Diocesan Association to retrieve FCRA Number Father Sahaya Joseph has told several lies. You can read and understand the lies. WP.No.11437 of 2017 Affidavit The Society tells that it runs several institutions including 31 technical institutes, homes and hospitals. Thus, by telling several lies before the Hon’ble court this society has obtained an interim stay order against the central government which banned its FCRA number. Our Association has submitted impleading petition. We requested various departments to give the details of institutions which are mentioned in the affidavit. One of the requests was made before the Directorate of Technical Institutions, Chennai, to give the details of 31 technical institutions being run by Bishop Yvon’s society. Details of 31 technical institutions requested through this letter The Directorate requested the President of the Tuticorin Diocesan Association to give the details. Reply letters received from Director of Technical Institutions The Director of Technical Institutions has sent the copy of letter sent by Bishop Yvon Ambroise. In the childish letter bishop yvon says that instead of typing 1 it was typed as 31. Further, he has said that an amendment affidavit has been filed before the Hon’ble Court. Bishop Yvon’s Childish reply sent to the Director Such a huge difference in typing. 

Ok. Let it be like that. The society filed Writ petition No.3061/2014. In that affidavit the total Educational Institutions was mentioned as 261. We are giving the particular page of the affidavit here. Page 3 of the affidavit filed in WP.No.3061 of 2014 It includes this 31 institutions. Is this a typing mistake? What is interesting is that this case was disposed on 03.07.2015 by considering the lies submitted by the society. Can the Bishop file amendment affidavit?

It is a pity that this Childish Bishop has been trapped by the advisers. Then what happened to WP.No.7587/2012 in which also he got stay order by telling these lies before the Hon’ble Court? Affidavit filed in WP.No.7587 of 2012

If the members of the society know the addresses of the institutions and the details of the agents who run the institutions as mentioned in the WP.No.11437/2017, please inform us. Because the departments concerned do not know them. 

Many teachers and innocent hard-working fathers have been punished illegally by this arrogant Bishop, the best liar in the Catholic Church. But there is no punishment to this liar who involved in many criminal offenses. He is a shame to Roman Catholic Church. He has become childish and has lost memories. He also has become silly in his behaviour. Even then our Church allows him to continue as Bishop in Tuticorin, as the President of the Tuticorin Diocesan Association, as the Manager of R.C.Schools, and as Corporate Manager of R.C.Schools.  

Only a few Fathers raise voice against this arrogant Bishop. But they are suppressed by this liar. The fathers should be models to raise voice against injustice. What come may!!!

We hope His Excellency the Apostolic Nuncio of India would take appropriate action against this liar Bishop immediately. We have a lot of proofs for his illegalities and criminal activities.

100000 மாணவர்கள் தற்சமயம் பலன் பெறுகிறார்களாம். பள்ளிக்கூடங்களுக்கு உள்கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகள் செய்து குடுக்குறாராம். அதுவும் கணக்கிடமுடியாத அளவுக்கு செய்றாராம்!!! பள்ளிக்கூடங்கள் எல்லாமே லாப நோக்கத்திற்காக நடத்தப்படவில்லையாம். இதற்கிடையில் எல்லா பள்ளிக்கூடங்களும் மைனாரிட்டி நிறுவனங்களாம். இவரு போய் வாங்கிட்டு வந்தாராம்.

300 கிராமங்களில் ஹெல்த் ப்ராஜெக்ட் பண்ணுறாராம். 2800 கக்கூஸ் கட்டி குடுத்துருக்காராம். அதுவும் தனிப்பட்ட பயனாளிகளுக்கும் பொதுப்பயன்பாட்டிற்குமாம். ஆயிரக் கணக்கில் சுய உதவி குழுக்கள் நடத்துறாராம்.

அதைவிட ஒரு படி மேலே ஏறி 450 வருஷமா சேவை செய்கிறார்களாம். அதாவது 1937ல் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்ட இந்த சொசைட்டி 450 வருஷமா சேவை செய்றதாம்!!!

இவரு மட்டும் இவருக்கு தகுந்தாற்போல எழுதுவாராம். வாத்தியாருங்க இருமுனா தப்பாம்?  இவரு செஞ்சா எதுவுமே தப்பில்லையாம். களவு எடுப்பாராம். பொய் சொல்லுவாராம். போலி ஆவணங்கள் தயார் பண்ணுவாராம். ஊருல இல்லாத அத்தனை திருட்டுத்தனத்தையும் பண்ணுவாராம். அது தப்பில்லையாம்.  இவருக்கு வேண்டிய ஆள் என்றால் ரூபாய் செலவழித்து தப்பு பண்ணுனவன கூட காப்பாத்துவாராம்.  ஆனா வேண்டாத ஆள் என்றால் தப்பு செய்யாதவனையும் பணம் செலவழித்து தண்டிப்பாராம். 

உயிரோடு இருந்த பாதிரியார் ரொசாரியோ பெர்னாண்டோவை செத்துட்டாருன்னு கோர்ட்ல பொய் சொன்ன பொய்யாங்கண்ணி. 18.05.2005லிருந்தே இவரு கார்பரேட் மேனேஜராம். வெக்கமில்லாமல் பொய் சொல்லிட்டு தான் நல்லவன் என்று நடித்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்.

நியாயத்த கேட்டா திருச்சபையை விட்டு விலக்குவேன் என்று பயமுறுத்துவாராம். ஏற்கனவே இவரு வந்த பிறகு தானாக திருச்சபையை விட்டு எத்தனையோ பேர் ஓடிட்டாங்கன்னு இவருக்கு தெரியாதா என்ன? ஓடுனவங்கள பிடிக்கிறத விட்டுட்டு இருக்கிறவன விரட்ட பாக்குறாரு.
